Returns and exchange details

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept exchanges on any non-custom items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

What if my item/order arrives damaged, incorrect or gets lost in the mail?

Unfortunately, these things do happen sometimes! Please contact me within 5 business days of the delivery date with a picture attached of the damage/mistake and I will get a replacement in the mail for you!
